Automatic Data Processing (ADP) Building

FleischmanGarciaMaslowski designed this two-story, 38,000 sq. ft. building for Automatic Data Processing. This building, opposite Westshore Plaza and north of the approach to the Howard Frankland Bridge, has a beautiful view of Tampa Bay.

The building contains a raised floor computer room and a sophisticated electrical system to assure uninterrupted power and provide flexibility. The ADP Building was the first building in the Tampa Bay area to be clad in smooth curved anodized aluminum panels and to utilize the storm water retention pond as a design feature on the site.
