Pan American Bank Building (Now RBC Centura Bank)

The six-story, 65,000 sq. ft. building serves as the Pan American Bank headquarters in the Sarasota/Manatee County area. Located at the corner of Ringling and Orange Avenue, the contemporary bank building was constructed of white pre-cast concrete with decorative green recessed stripes and energy efficient reflective green glass.

Seamlessly integrated into the west end of the structure is a full service drive-through bank facility. The building was built in the parking lot of the old bank structure, which remained in operation. Upon completion, the old structure was demolished and a new parking lot constructed.
