City officials unveiled the designs for the proposed building at 2515 Hanna Avenue. Construction workers are clearing the area for a 161,000-square-foot facility that will be Tampa’s new city center.
City council unanimously approved the three-story municipal building on Hanna Avenue during a Thursday meeting. Construction is expected to start on Jan. 18, 2022 and finish during the spring of 2023.
